Andrew is the fourth generation of the renowned family building company, Dunlop Homes, based in County Down.
The Dunlop family have provided generations of families with quality homes throughout the country, and Andrew’s commitment to excellence ensures his customers’ expectations are exceeded.
His wealth of experience in the construction industry has been achieved with a career spanning over 20 years, working in both the UK and Australia.
Andrew’s professional achievements include working on commercial projects with Jarvis PLC, most notably as a Site Manager of a £18million new school project in the north of England. He also spent a year working with Prime Construction Australia on commercial units and office fit outs. Andrew has won several awards throughout his career, including Site Manager of the Year for Northern Ireland and Isle of Man, and NHBC Pride in the Job.
After taking over the helm at Dunlop Homes, Andrew developed sites in Comber, Bangor and Newtownards. Andrew is very much a ‘hands-on’ developer, managing the builds as well as customer enquiries, meeting potential buyers and personally showing them around the developments.
Andrew’s passion for quality was the inspiration behind Andrew Dunlop Homes. His focus is now on developing luxury homes that are beautifully designed and totally unique.
Andrew’s aim is to provide exceptionally crafted, aspirational homes in the most desirable locations that complement today’s modern lifestyle.
All of Andrew’s past and current projects are in County Down and the Greater Belfast area, however his long term plan is to expand his customer base throughout Northern Ireland and beyond.
